The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Financial Rehabilitation of the State Enterprise "Production Association O.M. Makarov Pivdennyi Machine-Building Plant"

The Law arranges the conditions to stabilize rocket production and support implementation of Ukraine´s commitments under the international agreements on space activities.

The Law restructures the debt of the State Enterprise "Production Association O.M. Makarov Pivdennyi Machine-Building Plant" to the state under the sovereign loan taken on February 2, 2004 in the company "Colvis Finance Limited" (Great Britain).

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 8425.
